Nearest The Pin, the DP World Tour’s newest interactive game returns for this week’s DP World Tour Championship and you can compete against golf fans around the world for some incredible prizes every tournament day.
How the game works
For each of the last six groups each day fans – both at home and on course in Dubai – will be able to select the player they think will hit their tee shot Nearest The Pin on the iconic 17th hole at Jumeirah Golf Estates, the distance to the pin from five-feet brackets, or whether they think the player will miss the green.
How are points rewarded?
Points

- 3 points will be awarded to users who predict the golfer who landed nearest to the pin from each featured group
|
- 1 bonus point will be awarded if the user also predicts the correct distance bracket for the ball position to the pin
|
- 4 points will be awarded if users correctly predict that all golfers miss the green per featured group
|
- 20 points in total are available to obtain each day
|
- A tie-breaker will be used to split tied fans at the top of the leaderboard
|

The game is live and interactive and allows fans to compete on the global stage for incredible prizes as well as get closer to the action on the DP World Tour.
Fans will be able to see their predictions and follow their results both live on the course big screens or through their mobile or computer device.
