Jon Rahm returns to the Earth course looking to win the DP World Tour Championship for a record-extending fourth time, following his third victory at the fifth and final Rolex Series event of the season last year.  After winning a maiden Major Championship with a barnstorming finish at the 2021 U.S. Open, Rahm claimed a second Major title earlier this season at the Masters Tournament, becoming the third Spaniard to slip into the Green Jacket after Seve Ballesteros and José María Olazábal.
