Home favourite Robert MacIntyre will enjoy plenty of support this week as he looks to build on his last two outings at the Scottish Open, which both resulted in top 20 finishes. The Scot burst onto the world scene in 2019 as he finished 11th in the DP World Tour Rankings and picked up the Sir Henry Cotton Rookie of the Year award after a season that included three runner-up finishes and a tie for sixth place in his Major Championship debut at The Open. Secured his first DP World Tour win the following season at the 2020 Aphrodite Hills Cyprus Showdown.
