Welcome to The K Club, in Straffan, Co. Kildare for the 2023 Horizon Irish Open. This prestigious event and spectacular venue provide the perfect showcase for the world-class golf that can be found throughout Ireland.
Ireland has a rich tradition in producing world-class golfing talent and we are particularly delighted to see so many Irish golfers in the field for this tournament.
The Golf Ireland Professional Scheme which is supported by Sport Ireland with government funding provides a pathway for professional men and women. The 2023 Irish Open provides these emerging professional golfers in Ireland with an opportunity to compete against the best in the world.
We look forward to The Ryder Cup which will return to Ireland in 2027 when Adare Manor in County Limerick hosts the biennial contest between Europe and the United States for the first time.
