Pádraig Harrington’s victory at the Horizon Irish Open in 2007 paved the way for the most memorable year of his career, winning back-to-back Open Championships and a PGA Championship in the space of 15 months following the triumph at his home open. The Irishman added a Senior Major Championship title to his name last year after capturing the U.S. Senior Open, before going on to claim three further victories on the PGA Tour Champions in the same year.
