After naming his European Ryder Cup team at the beginning of the week, Captain Luke Donald will have one eye on some of his star players at this week’s Horizon Irish Open. The Englishman, who is a former World No.1, has plenty of fond memories of the K Club, having been part of the European Team which won the Ryder Cup by a record equalling margin in 2006. Throughout his glistening career, Donald has claimed seven titles on the DP World Tour, including back-to-back BMW PGA Championships, and five on the PGA Tour.
