An ever-present since making his debut here in 2016, Matthew Fitzpatrick arrives at the Wentworth ranked inside the world’s top ten after capturing a second PGA TOUR title at the RBC Heritage earlier this season. The Englishman enjoyed his finest season last year after claiming a maiden Major Championship and an eighth DP World Tour title at The Country Club, Brookline with a stunning and nerveless final day performance which earned him a one stroke victory over American duo Will Zalatoris and Scottie Scheffler at the U.S. Open Championship.
